Pronto Software implemented Pronto Xi across Hirotec, rolled out iPad Minis for real-time job updates and time capture, developed the Service Connect client portal and migrated the platform to Pronto Cloud. The changes eliminated paper processes, reduced admin time by at least 35%, improved technician response and data capture, streamlined subcontractor invoicing and freed up staff to focus on customer value — delivering measurable productivity and service improvements for Hirotec.
