RSEA, the first major retailer of safety apparel and equipment in Australia and NZ, had grown rapidly to 18 stores, about 220 staff and more than 40,000 product lines but was running on disconnected off‑the‑shelf accounting packages with no stock management, limited visibility and a one‑person IT team. RSEA engaged Pronto Software to deliver a fast, easy‑to‑use, fully integrated ERP (Pronto Xi) to centralise finance, POS, payroll, CRM, e‑commerce, distribution and warehouse functions.

Pronto Software implemented Pronto Xi, including Advanced Warehouse capability, delivering a single integrated system with real‑time sales and margin reporting, centralised stock control and online ordering that feeds directly into the ERP. The solution gave RSEA immediate transparency across all 18 stores, rapid staff adoption, support for a new pick‑and‑pack warehouse and a growing online sales channel — enabling more informed decisions and scalable operations across 40,000 SKUs.
