Vic’s Meat, a premium meat distributor and retailer, was experiencing rapid growth and outgrew its existing business management systems. To support both B2B and B2C operations and integrate front‑ and back‑office functions, Vic’s Meat selected Pronto Software and its Pronto Xi ERP to provide a robust, scalable and industry‑aware platform.

Pronto Software implemented Pronto Xi across accounting, inventory and POS (including Pronto Xi POS in two Sydney outlets) plus a custom online ordering app and a hosted cloud environment with BI and 24/7 support. The integrated solution processes over 1,000 combined retail orders daily and services 3,500+ retail customers weekly, cutting manual data entry and human error, improving order accuracy and fulfillment (orders placed by 2am are dispatched by 8am), and giving Vic’s Meat real‑time visibility and operational efficiencies.
