Mediquip, an Australian healthcare products and solutions provider with roughly 3,000 regular service customers and 4,000 product types, was outgrowing its MYOB system and had gaps in CRM and sales lead management, purchase ordering, inventory control, fixed asset management and reporting. After reviewing options, Mediquip chose Pronto Software and its Pronto Xi ERP for an end-to-end, scalable solution with built‑in CRM and payroll.
Pronto Software implemented Pronto Xi with mobile access, business‑intelligence widgets, min/max inventory controls and an interface to Mediquip’s Medical Asset Administration System (M.A.A.S), automating recurring billing and order workflows. The change eliminated days of manual work, cut invoicing turnaround from about a week to minutes, improved cash flow, reduced stock‑outs, increased sales efficiency and contributed to higher revenues and profitability.
