ABGAL Liners and Covers, a Queensland family-owned manufacturer of bespoke pool and tank liners, shade sails and niche covers, faced performance and traceability limits with a bespoke ERP as transaction volume and manufacturing complexity grew. Seeking a scalable Australian partner, ABGAL selected Pronto Software and its Pronto Xi ERP (including the Sales Configurator and Manufacturing modules) to replace the legacy system and support detailed step-by-step production tracking.

Pronto Software migrated ABGAL’s 10,000-item database into Pronto Xi, trained 26 staff, and deployed modules for CRM, inventory, accounts, EDI and integrations with Excel, RedMap and freight systems to automate orders, tracking and documentation. The Pronto Xi configurator now handles about 80% of ABGAL’s customised production, delivering real-time updates, fewer errors, faster deliveries, daily visibility of inventory and profitability, and ten years of stable operation with no data loss — boosting productivity, order visibility and growth.
