Haymes Paint, a leading Australian paint manufacturer, needed to boost sales mobility, employee performance and overall efficiency while moving core systems to the cloud. To solve these issues they partnered with Pronto Software and deployed Pronto Xi (with Pronto Cloud services) to manage manufacturing, distribution, retail POS and centralise business data across head office and 12 stores.

Pronto Software implemented Pronto Xi and Pronto Cloud along with POS, manufacturing, distribution and BI capabilities and integrations to Haymes’ stockists, enabling mobile order entry, real‑time activity visibility and automated sales flows. As a result, Haymes centralised reporting and forecasting with daily BI reports, simplified system administration and backups, and—after the initial Pronto Xi rollout—grew business by 60% over four years, effectively doubling turnover without increasing headcount.
