Juniper Networks faced challenges in managing its rapidly expanding technology partner ecosystem after acquiring Mist. The process for evaluating and activating new partners was slow and manual, limiting revenue potential, while teams lacked visibility into partner-influenced revenue and alignment in sales motions. To address this, Juniper turned to Pronto's ecosystem management platform.
By implementing Pronto, Juniper automated and standardized its partner recruitment, using an online application form and shared review space. This allowed the team to evaluate five times as many partner applications. Pronto’s dashboards provided visibility into revenue splits and partner-influenced pipeline for the first time, enabling better collaboration. As a result, each Partner Manager could cover three times more partners, and partner-initiated business grew significantly year over year.
