Voovoo secures ISA device certification in 24h discovery with Promwad

Promwad partnered with Voovoo, a Georgian-Latvian tech startup, to develop an Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA) device. The client needed a hardware and software solution to enable real-time speed regulation for car-sharing vehicles, which would automatically limit a vehicle's speed based on GPS data and road limits.

Promwad designed and developed the complete ISA device, including hardware with safety features like an emergency SOS button and firmware for an automotive microcontroller. The solution successfully provided a reliable speed limiter for electronic throttle vehicles, enhancing road safety. This allowed Voovoo to proceed with product certification and positioned them well to meet new EU vehicle safety regulations.
