Promwad partnered with Vestel Electronics to help bring up a new Android-based TV system for the digital signage market. The challenge involved complex embedded software development, including customizing Android applications, integrating touchscreen support, developing energy-saving algorithms, and improving the update system and remote control integrations.

The solution designed by Promwad utilized an AMLogic SoC hardware platform and the Android Pie software platform. They delivered a complete product featuring 4K resolution, OPS device support, and various interface options. This successful collaboration equipped Vestel with a competitive product for the digital signage market, supporting their global export operations to 156 countries.
