Smart Health Wristband - Customer Case Study

Promwad worked with Smart Health Wristband, a state corporation participating in an open industrial design contest, to design a telemedicine system. The goal was to create a practical, comfortable device that could support remote health monitoring while meeting industrial design requirements.

Promwad designed an ergonomic, easy-assembled wristband with an IP65+ water- and dust-proof plastic enclosure, recessed buttons, and optimized LED visibility. The device supported multiple wearing options, including chest-mounted ECG electrodes, a wearable strap, and a silicone wrist strap for activity sensing. As a result, industry experts shortlisted the project in the industrial design contest.
