Lapka, a design and concept developer of connected environmental sensors, needed help bringing its miniature Lapka sensor kit from concept to production. Promwad supported the development and production of the device set, including material selection, parts design, prototype creation, and preparation for mass manufacturing.

Promwad chose and validated plastics, woods, and stainless steel components, designed the mechanical parts and probe assembly, produced three prototype sets, and built the tooling needed for serial production. The result was a full design documentation package optimized for manufacturing, equipment for future production, and an initial batch of sensors that was quality-checked and used to refine the assembly process.
