Heaven TV7 launches a cross-platform TV app in 90 countries with Promwad

Promwad was engaged by Heaven TV7, a Finland-based Christian television network, to develop a new cross-platform mobile TV application from scratch. The client's challenge was to rebuild their app with support for five languages and complex features like a video archive, live TV with an electronic program guide (EPG), and a third-party donation system, all while improving video quality.

Using the Flutter framework, Promwad developed the "Taivas TV7" app for iOS and Android. The solution included a custom video player with timeshift and catch-up functionality, TV casting for Chromecast and AirPlay, and integration of all requested features. As a result, Promwad delivered an app with improved video quality that enhanced the user experience and helped Heaven TV7 reach its global audience in 90 countries. The app is available on both Google Play and the App Store.
