Promwad partnered with Fujitsu, a worldwide vendor of evaluation boards and modules for in-vehicle systems, to address a complex embedded challenge. The client needed a hardware and software platform based on the Fujitsu Jade processor to speed up the prototyping and development of automotive infotainment systems and multimedia clusters.

The solution from Promwad was the development of the Jade Automotive Platform, a ready-to-use evaluation kit with embedded Linux. This platform cut development time for onboard equipment and provided key capabilities like dual display support, camera connectivity, and automotive interfaces. Promwad's work included creating a new software module that accelerated Qt Embedded graphics performance by up to three times, delivering a significant boost in rendering efficiency for the client's applications.
