Thrive TRM, a talent relationship management platform for executive recruiters, VC/PE firms and enterprise HR teams, needed a modern, economical cloud solution that combined applicant-tracking and CRM capabilities into a single, mobile-ready system. To achieve scalable, automated workflows and real-time visibility for hiring teams, Thrive TRM engaged PromptWorks to help design and build the new platform.

PromptWorks developed a fast, modular web app using Ruby on Rails and React.js, optimized for smartphones/tablets and hosted on Amazon Web Services, delivering automated workflows, activity tracking, candidate prioritization and live communication.
