Travel Engine Company worked with PromptCloud to build one of the web’s largest hotel and destination review databases. The company needed to aggregate scattered reviews from multiple travel websites, keep up with frequent new data, and scale across an ever-growing number of sources, while also capturing reviews in all languages along with author profiles, images, and other page content.

PromptCloud extracted historical data from about 100 sources in parallel and continued pulling incremental reviews as they were published. Using de-duplication and machine-learning-based adaptive crawling, PromptCloud focused on the most active pages and dynamically updated the site list based on client needs. The project delivered over 20 million structured records in two months, while reducing development and maintenance costs and improving data relevance and scale.
