PromptCloud worked with a leading sports company that needed frequent, highly detailed sports data feeds from a complex website. The customer wanted extensive searches across tournaments, age groups, states, classes, and seasons, along with team details and synchronized game/team scores, but had struggled with incomplete extractions, outdated results, and wasted time and money on prior attempts.

PromptCloud built a proof of concept by correctly processing the site’s combo boxes, extracting team and score data across multiple filters, and following event-result links to recover missing team information. PromptCloud delivered separate CSV files for team and game data, impressed the customer with data quality and delivery, and won the engagement for regular crawls that would keep the sports data updated in near real time.
