Leading Furniture Manufacturing Company worked with PromptCloud to address the challenge of continuously tracking product prices and reviews across about 20 customer e-commerce sites. The company needed daily updates on roughly 5,000 products to support internal reporting and trend analysis, but doing this manually across multiple sites was time-consuming and inefficient.

PromptCloud implemented a site-specific crawl and extraction solution, maintaining product mappings between customer sites and the manufacturer’s site. The vendor scraped pricing and review data daily and delivered it in multiple CSV files via PromptCloud’s API, making it easy for the client to import into Excel and analyze. The result was clean, fresh data with zero client involvement during crawls and lower operational costs by shifting focus from data collection to analysis.
