Hawaii Bakery Shop worked with PromptCloud on a site-specific crawl and extraction project to gather restaurant data from major U.S. metropolitan areas. The challenge was to collect restaurant details for a target price range, along with demographic and cuisine information, and also capture each restaurant’s full menu organized into sections, regardless of how the menus varied across sites.

PromptCloud identified relevant sources, agreed on the data schema, and configured crawlers to discover and extract restaurant and menu pages at multiple depths. PromptCloud then delivered the structured data in a merged CSV file ready for import into the client’s database, providing an end-to-end solution with no client-side task force needed and completing delivery within a day of the order.
