PromptCloud worked with an Airline Company, a popular airline based in India, that needed access to airfare data from competitor airlines and online travel agency sites. The customer wanted to use this data for competitor monitoring and pricing intelligence, but lacked the technical infrastructure and expertise to collect it programmatically at the required frequency.

PromptCloud implemented a site-specific crawling and extraction solution, setting up crawlers for each source site and delivering clean CSV data to the airline’s FTP server four times a day. PromptCloud completed the initial setup in just 3 days and delivered the first batch of about 100K records quickly, while also handling ongoing monitoring and large-scale data extraction for consistent data flow.
