Google Solutions Make Global Team Management a Breeze for Essence

Essence Global, a digital marketing company with about 2,000 employees across 20 offices, needed a scalable, low-cost way to support global growth and seamless collaboration. As the company expanded, its legacy Microsoft Small Business Server setup was becoming harder to manage, while its team also needed better tools for email, file sharing, and conferencing. Promevo helped Essence adopt Google Workspace, along with Chrome Enterprise and gPanel, to simplify its IT environment and support a distributed workforce.

With Promevo’s guidance, Essence implemented Google Workspace across the business, used Chromebooks and Hangouts Meet hardware for secure, fast collaboration, and relied on gPanel to manage domains and reporting. The result was a more secure, highly collaborative platform that helped Essence scale faster, reduce dependence on complex internal infrastructure, and improve communication across offices and with clients. Essence now has over 150 meeting rooms equipped for Meet calls, and the company says Google Workspace has been central to its ability to grow quickly and work more efficiently.
