BTP Improves Maintenance Processes with Prometheus Solutions

Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP), a major port operator in Brazil, was challenged with improving the efficiency of its maintenance processes. This solution automated scheduling, enabled offline mobile data entry for technicians, and provided powerful reporting. The results were significant: BTP reduced the average number of cranes down at one time from 2.5 to 1, cut its weekly scheduling time by 88%, and greatly reduced its maintenance backlog, leading to increased equipment uptime and overall operational efficiency.
