Prolifics, through Stream Integration, replaced the legacy ECM platform with IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management (IBM MDM) and integrated it with the company’s business applications and data warehouse. The new solution centralized customer data, enforced governance rules, automated remediation and handling processes, and gave the company a more accurate, holistic view of master customer information—improving data quality, reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall decision-making.
