Jowa AG, a large-scale bakery producing a wide range of goods across Switzerland, faced the challenge of centrally managing its eight networked production sites. This enabled the centralized management of recipes and production jobs, allowing for optimized resource control and the ability to redistribute production in case of outages. The results included the ability to derive productivity ratios for comparing sites and the assurance of a continuous supply of bakery products across Switzerland.
