Feldschlösschen Getränke AG, a subsidiary of Carlsberg, faced the challenge of stagnating beer turnover and sought to stabilize income by integrating its two parallel brewing plants into a single production unit. To fully exhaust potential savings, the Swiss brewery needed to automate all brewing processes with a system offering seamless data transfer, batch tracing, and comprehensive technical reporting, leading them to partner with automation vendor ProLeiT.

ProLeiT implemented its brewmaxx system platform, which integrated all brewery systems on a standardized, client-server-based automation solution. This included updating controllers, connecting existing I/O, and utilizing the Acquis iT module for production data acquisition. The result was a seamlessly integrated process with full batch tracing, high operator acceptance, and significant operational transparency. Following this success, Feldschlösschen plans to further expand the ProLeiT system to integrate additional areas of production.
