XPO Logistics, a global transportation and logistics provider, needed to replace three legacy mainframe-based IT subsystems with a Java/Oracle distributed platform. With millions of records processed daily and thousands of customers depending on reliable service, the company turned to ProKarma to help design a performance testing strategy that could protect uptime, response times, and data integrity during the transition.

ProKarma built a custom automation framework around JMeter to support real-time performance testing. Using data from more than 17 million existing system log records, ProKarma recreated production-like scenarios, controlled request sequencing and delays, and generated detailed reports after executing tests across the new six-server subsystems. This approach helped validate that the redesigned platform could handle the required workload and process records end to end with high availability.
