Leading Telecom Company, a telecom and media provider, was pursuing a five-year transformation to put customers at the center of its business and had deployed bots across the organization to speed service delivery. However, gaps in RPA monitoring put those bots at risk of failure, and early projects were getting stuck in UAT and rework, leaving the company with underutilized automation and disappointing returns. ProKarma was brought in to help improve RPA execution and monitoring using Automation Anywhere.

ProKarma implemented Bot Reliability Engineering practices and rapidly launched 50 bots, while also setting up its proprietary Botscope dashboard to trace, alert, and proactively report bot failures. ProKarma further strengthened the customer’s internal capability by enhancing a remote Bot Monitoring team, helping the telecom take ownership of its RPA program for the long term. The result was a complete improvement in bot performance and reliability, with faster deployment and better operational control.
