Leading Retail Store, a retail conglomerate with 73 stores across 16 states, needed ProKarma’s help integrating multiple disparate systems and applications across its retail and online channels. The challenge involved consolidating point-of-sale, financial, and payment data into a unified, consistent view using an open-source integration approach.

ProKarma delivered an end-to-end application and data integration solution built on open-source, SOA-based architecture, connecting more than 80 applications and integration points. Using Agile/Scrum and Kanban, ProKarma developed custom reporting, set up a Nexus Maven repository manager, and worked in two-week sprints with continuous testing and feedback, resulting in a more streamlined and integrated retail operation.
