A key challenge was managing about $12 million in annual damage repairs subject to re-billing, with a re-billing rate of just 21 percent.
ProKarma delivered an eight-month SAP-based solution using Agile and ASAP methodology, combining SAP ERP, SAP PI, and SAPUI5 to create a fully automated, role-based, paperless workflow with a user-friendly interface. The integrated system connected with existing platforms and significantly reduced overhead and process time, while also helping the customer improve maintenance and repair spend and damage-rebilling efficiency.
