Nox-Crete, a manufacturer of chemical additives for concrete products, needed to drive stronger Salesforce adoption and make the platform truly useful for sales, marketing, and project teams. To get there, they partnered with ProKarma to uncover process inefficiencies, identify meaningful reporting needs, and build a Salesforce roadmap that would support everyday work and executive decision-making.

ProKarma customized Salesforce for mobile use and optimized the Salesforce Calendar app so sales reps could manage calls, relate them to Opportunities, Contacts, and Accounts, and complete event recaps in real time. The result was a more mission-critical system that users relied on daily: executives gained better visibility and sales reps stopped using Outlook and call reports, improving adoption across the organization.
