Major American franchisor achieves distributed control

Major American Franchisor, a large automotive service-center network operating in 13 countries and nearly 1,300 North American locations, needed a way for more than 1,300 franchisees to customize their own websites while keeping the overall digital experience consistent with the brand. The company also wanted customers to easily find essential information and franchisees to be able to track website performance and business goals over time. Major American Franchisor partnered with ProKarma to build a shop administration tool.

ProKarma developed a franchisee portal tied to the corporate website, with sales-data integration for business analytics, automatic local listing feeds, and tools for managing content, coupons, and appointments. The mobile-first, responsive solution enabled each franchise to operate independently while staying on-brand, improved access across devices, and helped the client monitor conversion opportunities more effectively. The work also contributed to award recognition, including Horizon Media Silver awards for the iOS app, website, and explainer videos.
