Magid expands Magento functionality to support safety at work

MAGID, a manufacturer of safety equipment, needed a more scalable and manageable e-commerce platform with stronger B2B capabilities to serve wholesalers and retailers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The company turned to ProKarma and the Magento e-commerce platform because its existing system lacked the B2B functionality, personalization, and operational efficiency required to support its growing business.

With ProKarma’s help, MAGID implemented Magento with an added layer of architecture to support both wholesale and retail selling, along with new pricing, approval, and workflow capabilities. ProKarma also helped integrate Magento with ServiceNow and delivered more than 40 personalization options, including custom PO functionality and flexible checkout fields, improving customization and streamlining procurement and operations.
