Foot Locker, a retail and consumer brand, needed to unify multiple loyalty programs across its banners and move beyond a simple spend-and-earn model. The company wanted a single program where points and rewards would carry across brands, while also creating more engaging ways to reward customers. ProKarma helped Foot Locker rethink its loyalty strategy, using the Oracle CrowdTwist platform.
ProKarma designed Foot Locker FLX as a more experiential loyalty program that connected customers to the brand through activities like scavenger hunts, social engagement, personalized quizzes, and non-transactional rewards. The program also added options such as donations to nonprofits, sweepstakes entries, and rewards like subscriptions and fitness experiences, while expanding across the U.S., Europe, and more than eight banners into one global account. The result was a more emotionally relevant, flexible loyalty program that better served both sneakerheads and casual shoppers, though no specific numerical impact was provided.
