Large Railroad Network Company, one of America’s leading railroad transportation networks operating across 23 states, needed a more agile and reliable way to manage terminal operations while minimizing downtime. The company turned to ProKarma for help developing an enterprise application that could support testing at multiple levels and improve efficiency across its terminal operations.

ProKarma delivered a web-based, domain-driven enterprise application built with reusable J2EE components and the Spring Integration Framework. The solution was split into self-contained domains that could be deployed independently, reducing downtime and enabling easier integration with other applications. As a result, the railroad gained greater productivity, improved testability at both unit and integration levels, faster troubleshooting, and more efficient team collaboration.
