Disney wanted to modernize its 13-year-old rewards program and turn loyalty into a stronger driver of fan engagement and brand advocacy as it expanded its direct-to-consumer strategy. ProKarma partnered with Disney Studios to reimagine the program as Disney Movie Insiders, bringing in a broader base of customers and adding value beyond points and transactions.

ProKarma helped design the new loyalty experience through design sprints, platform selection, and analytics support, including Oracle CrowdTwist, progressive profiling, Tableau dashboards, and mobile ticket scanning. The revamped program added exclusive content, downloadable activities, and personalized offers, while also acquiring a significant number of new members and reactivating lapsed ones.
