Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) partnered with ProKarma to address a fragmented digital presence across 300+ websites and 30,000 pages managed by more than 1,000 content owners. OHSU needed a unified digital strategy to improve governance, strengthen brand consistency, and give internal teams a better way to create and manage content.

ProKarma developed a long-term roadmap and re-architected OHSU’s digital channel around a centralized content management system and a three-tier technical architecture. The solution enabled more than 200 departments to migrate into a consistent, user-focused web environment, and OHSU launched nearly 30,000 pages across 300+ sites in a single responsive redesign rollout, while also reducing agency dependency and improving scalability for future growth.
