The Chicago Cubs needed a better way to manage B2B marketing and sales activity off the field, but their Pardot setup lacked the data, training, and technical configuration needed to use key features like Dynamic Lists and Engagement Studio. They also couldn’t easily measure campaign performance or access important customer data such as order history in Pardot. ProKarma helped them extend Salesforce Pardot and Sales Cloud.
ProKarma audited the Cubs’ Pardot account, mapped custom fields from Sales Cloud, enabled custom object integration for order data, and built Dynamic Lists and an Engagement Studio drip campaign for Wrigley Rooftops. ProKarma also set up Salesforce Campaigns to track the nurturing series, giving the Cubs clear visibility into conversions and marketing ROI. As a result, the team can now report leads and opportunities generated by each campaign in just a few clicks instead of relying on Excel.
