World’s Largest Card Issuer, the world’s largest card issuer by purchase volume, turned to ProKarma as testing speed and product quality issues began affecting several critical services, including merchant tools, employee expense reporting, and regulatory reporting. Heavy reliance on manual testing led to inconsistent build and release processes, defects, technical debt, and missed launch dates.

ProKarma implemented an open-source-based test framework, functional test automation, and a continuous delivery pipeline, while helping teams adopt agile processes. The results included more consistent testing, shorter product testing cycles, fewer defects, and end-to-end test automation; on one product alone, ProKarma helped cut delivery costs by $800,000 in the first year and an additional $1.3 million in the second year.
