AARP, the nonprofit organization helping people age well, launched its Staying Sharp brain health program to provide evidence-based content and activities for members and non-members. However, AARP struggled to turn its broad mix of articles, recipes, videos, and games into actionable data, facing limited engagement insight, misaligned KPIs, and fragmented web analytics. ProKarma helped address these challenges with a data and analytics-focused engagement.
ProKarma implemented a full technical web analytics audit, custom dashboards, and a Customer Data Platform to improve data capture, reporting, and profiling. As a result, AARP gained better visibility into user behavior and could create richer customer profiles to personalize content and offerings. The improved data foundation also enabled AARP to connect content consumption with brain health assessment scores to identify pathways to better brain health.
