Concent led project management for the high-profile Stockholm Waterfront hotel and office build, coordinating roughly 300 people from 30 companies under a tight, unforgiving schedule where time savings directly affected profitability. To manage documents, planning, stakeholder communication and strict confidentiality requirements, Concent deployed Planview ProjectPlace (Projectplace) as its collaboration and project-management platform.

Planview ProjectPlace delivered an intuitive web interface, document/version control, planning tools, contact management and robust security so teams could review, comment and access files reliably across platforms. As a result Concent improved coordination and review processes across 35–40 concurrent projects, avoided hiring an estimated 2–3 extra full‑time staff to run in‑house systems, and reduced time‑related cost risk (delays can cost SEK 3,000–4,000 per minute), helping keep the Stockholm Waterfront project on schedule and commercially viable.
