Planview ProjectPlace implemented Projectplace across the company, giving each magazine issue its own project space with document versioning, central chat and social features like “Like It.” The solution was adopted company-wide after a short introduction, improved sharing and differentiation of on- and offline content, sped up release and proofreading workflows, and enabled editors to read, edit and approve material from mobile devices — delivering visibly more flexible, responsive production (no quantitative figures were provided).
