The University of Wales Trinity Saint David needed to coordinate an EU‑funded master’s course development with partners across Europe while meeting in person only six times in two years. Project Manager Professor Alex Bell selected Planview ProjectPlace as the online collaboration tool to bridge geographic and role-based gaps and create a single place for planning and communication.

Planview ProjectPlace delivered Kanban boards, Gantt timelines, secure document sharing and a community space that enabled visibility, reduced email volume and eliminated version‑control problems. With 11 core team members using Planview ProjectPlace daily, the international team across Wales, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Sweden became more productive, self‑organizing and better able to meet project milestones despite limited physical meetings.
