Dell Perot Systems’ MEDITECH Solutions Group needed to streamline consultant scheduling and time‑to‑invoice after rapid growth and two acquisitions; their previous two‑app approach for timesheets and financials created inefficiencies. They selected Projector Professional Services Automation (Projector PSA) as a hosted SaaS solution to provide faster implementation, scalability, and better visibility into projects.

Projector PSA was implemented via Projector Implementation Services and went live in about eight weeks, delivering web‑based time entry, resource scheduling, and integrations with other business systems. As a result Dell Perot Systems cut billing turnaround from five days to roughly 12 hours, gained unprecedented visibility into scheduling, costs and revenue, completed system integrations in a day or two, supported increased revenue and capacity growth, and expanded Projector PSA use to additional practice groups.
