project44’s platform enabled Opus9 to automate rating, dispatch, tracking, and payment for Less-Than-Truckload shipments, driving measurable time and cost savings: for smaller customers ($5–50M revenue) Opus9 reports indirect time savings of ~120 hours/year on quotes, 200 hours/year on tracking/check calls, and 60 hours/year on digital paperwork, plus direct savings of ~5% per shipment (about $72–100K/year on freight and $24–40K/year on labor). By leveraging project44, Opus9 lowered operating costs and passed savings to customers.
