The goal was to consolidate key IT systems onto a single, new digital platform, which required building effective change management capability and deeply involving operational teams. Project One was engaged to provide change management expertise to guide this process and ensure the business was prepared for the new ways of working.

Project One implemented a solution centered on building agile change capability by embedding operational staff into every stage of the programme. This involved creating a Business Change forum, conducting detailed impact assessments before each release, and coaching leaders to secure funding for back-filling roles so key people could participate. The approach ensured that Telenet's operational teams owned the vision and were deeply committed to the change, successfully refining and implementing the new systems, processes, and behaviors essential for their digital future.
