A leading UK-based research charity, the largest fundraiser in its sector, faced significant challenges in managing its most ambitious transformation programme. The organisation needed to embed a Transformation Programme Office (TMO) across its federated structure and urgently support its critical Engage Transformation Programme (ETP), which was at risk due to an aging IT platform.
