How did Bosch Braga digitize the entire continuous improvement process

Bosch’s Braga automotive electronics plant, part of the Bosch Production System culture, wanted to move away from paper, spreadsheets, and presentations in its continuous improvement and BPS processes. The team needed better data visibility, easier reporting, and more efficient project management across a complex operation with thousands of employees and multiple production lines.

ProGrow implemented its collaboration and project management platform adapted to Bosch’s BPS standards, integrating it with five information systems to automatically track 14 key KPIs and manage improvement initiatives, standard confirmations, and daily meeting logs. With ProGrow, Bosch achieved paperless production, greater transparency in BPS, online initiative management, and improved productivity, with estimated benefits of 77 k€/year in administrative savings, 1.55 m€/year in project savings, and 33 additional projects per year.
