Bosch digitizes BPS management with ProGrow, saving 1.55 m€/year

Bosch Car Multimedia in Braga faced a challenge in modernizing its Bosch Production System (BPS), which was hindered by paper-based processes, spreadsheets, and a lack of data clarity. Their objectives were to digitize workflows, automate reporting, and improve resource efficiency. To address this, Bosch partnered with the vendor ProGrow to implement a digital solution.

ProGrow implemented its Collaboration Module, a platform that digitized and standardized the entire continuous improvement process according to BPS methodologies. This solution automated data consolidation and provided global transparency for all projects. The results were significant, including an estimated €77,000 in annual administrative savings and €1.55 million in annual savings from projects managed through ProGrow, which also enabled the management of 33 additional BPS projects per year.
