Jersey Electricity plc, the sole electricity supplier for the island of Jersey, sought to enhance its operational efficiency and extend digital capabilities across its Energy Division. The utility company partnered with vendor Progressive TSL to implement a cloud-based version of the HxGN EAM enterprise asset management system and introduce a mobile solution.

Progressive TSL rolled out the cloud-based HxGN EAM, now known as Octave Attune EAM, across Jersey Electricity's generation and distribution teams. The solution provided real-time data access for field technicians via mobile devices and incorporated additional procurement and inventory management features. This implementation streamlined processes, optimized performance, and ensured the company could always benefit from the latest software version. Progressive TSL's solution successfully extended the benefits of a centralized EAM system throughout the customer's operations.
