Wärtsilä Makes the Customer Journey Personal with Progress

Wartsila, a global leader in marine and energy technologies, needed to modernize a complex global website that served multiple business units, 50+ regional sites, and many content editors. The existing CMS was hard to use, lacked responsive/mobile support, and made timely updates and scaling difficult. Progress Software, using Sitefinity and Digital Experience Cloud, was brought in to help address these challenges.

Progress Software implemented a new global site on Sitefinity and then added Digital Experience Cloud to personalize content and score visitor behavior across the journey. The results included a smoother migration, easier content management for 100+ users, and more tailored customer experiences. After launching the pilot, Wartsila generated more than 100 highly qualified leads, several quotes and engagements, and even one completed sale.
