Solo Affitti Modernizes Real Estate Portal for Italian Renters with Progress

Solo Affitti, Italy’s leading home rental franchising network with more than 300 franchise agencies, needed to replace a legacy website that was hard to update, poorly structured for SEO, and not user-friendly for renters, owners, and franchisees. Working with Progress Software partner Gruppo Sistema, Solo Affitti implemented Sitefinity CMS on Microsoft Azure, integrating the site with Microsoft Dynamics, franchise management software, and real-time property data feeds. Progress Software enabled faster publishing, self-service content updates, and improved navigation with features like map-based search, comparisons, favorites, and property recommendations; as a result, publishing time dropped from days to minutes and bounce rates fell from 40% to 28% after 18 months, while the company gained better campaign tracking, SEO control, and a more effective mobile-friendly experience.
